Products and orders
Product images and packaging may vary slightly, but descriptions and weights are intended to be accurate. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will acknowledge receipt by email, but a binding contract is formed only when we accept the order and send confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any amount taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The checkout shows the product total, delivery charge and final amount before you pay. Payment is taken through the provider displayed at checkout. If an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you before accepting it.
Delivery
We currently deliver only to supported addresses in mainland Great Britain (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands), Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Available services and charges depend on destination, postcode and consignment weight and are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
Your right to cancel
For most online purchases, consumers may cancel within 14 days after the day the goods are received. Tell us clearly by email or use the model cancellation form on our Returns and Refunds page. You then normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
The statutory cancellation right may not apply to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not reduce your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty goods
We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract. Contact us promptly with your order number and, where useful, photographs of damage or a fault. Your legal rights may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and timing.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Northern Ireland law. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
