Changing your mind
For goods covered by the statutory cancellation right, tell us within 14 days after the day you receive them that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return them. Please keep products in good condition and handle them only as you would in a shop; we may reduce a refund where handling has reduced their value.
You are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra amount paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable. We make the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Exceptions
The change-of-mind right may not apply to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not apply merely because you opened delivery packaging, and they do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Please contact us promptly and include photographs where helpful. We will explain the return arrangements and, where the goods do not conform to the contract, cover reasonable return costs and provide the remedy required by consumer law.

You may copy and send the following wording, although you do not have to use it:
