Information we collect and why
- Orders and delivery: your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order details and transaction references so we can take payment, fulfil the contract, provide service messages and handle returns.
- Accounts: account credentials, addresses and order history so we can provide and secure your account.
- Enquiries: your name, email address and message so we can answer you and keep an appropriate service record.
- Security and operation: technical information, logs and necessary cookie identifiers used to keep the website, checkout and accounts secure and working.
- Marketing: contact and preference information only where you have consented or where another lawful electronic-marketing permission applies. You can opt out at any time.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about the pages you view, how you reached the site and general device and approximate location information, so we can measure and improve the website. Who receives information
We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us operate the store, including our website and email hosts, payment provider, delivery carriers, Gravity Forms/Gravity SMTP services where configured, Google (analytics, where you have consented), professional advisers and IT/security suppliers. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout and are not stored in full by Pedro. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we require an appropriate legal safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your information.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are normally retained for six years where required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Contact-form entries are automatically deleted after 730 days. Account data is kept while the account is active and then only as long as reasonably needed. Security logs and backups are retained for limited operational periods. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent or object, with a minimal suppression record kept where necessary to honour an opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of or objection to its use, or transfer of information you provided. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
